I chose this for a 2018 Mac Mini. The price was right, the delivery was fantastic. This rack works "normal". However, the rubber pad that acts as a buffer between the metal and your Mac mini falls off easily, curls up, and isn't very comfortable to use. Once you plug it in and out it's fine, but don't plan on taking it out of the stand or you'll have to lift the rubber pad and reinstall it. The outer metal edges are a little rough (not as smooth and rounded polished as I would like, more on purpose and the machine gearing is rough). Appearance and functionality are not affected by this. So if you're looking for a decent Mac mini stand at a good price that will act as a vertical stand for your Mac mini, you've found it. If you enjoy fiddling with your Mac Mini all the time, getting it in and out of the stand, you may be disappointed.
