These Wind-Blox reduce wind noise but don't eliminate it. It's like driving with a tailwind when you hear the tires rolling on the pavement more than the headwind. It took me some time to get used to the definition of my effort/speed. I used to use wind noise plus my speed as a headwind indicator. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for the chunky sideburns and the fact that they only really reduce wind noise to around 5 mph, meaning wind noise with a Wind-Blox at 20 mph is roughly equivalent to driving at 15 miles per hour without sideburns.
