The cable was too long, the cap on the throttle grip is smaller than the factory. The rubber needs to be cut. Failed to install and activate throttle with cable too long. You cannot reuse the original cable as the cable is made with a cap (whole) or you will have to cut the cable, drill out the stop, reinsert to the correct length and re-solder. Too much work - only if it was my only option. It looks like Carb will work with some modifications or possibly a different setting.
