I love that this set has a scraper, a brush with a mini scraper instead of just a brush and a hole in the handle in case I want to hang it up for use store it or hang it on a dish rack to dry. I haven't had a chance to use a piece of metal mesh yet. The only downside I had was that if the pan was dirty around the bottom edges, it would still be difficult to use a brush or scraper to fix edge problems. But the kit has a scraper that picks up most of it, and a quick soak should remove the rest. The bristles feel really stiff and strong and the handle is neither too thin nor too thick to hold. Really very comfortable grip. The curved tooth scraper is also easy to hold.
