I really like this camera. This makes time lapse easy and almost impossible to get wrong. Just insert the batteries and SD card and press the record button. Images from the SD card are assembled in film format and can be played. I can't believe how easy it is to use. You can change the quality settings and frequency of recordings. The battery lasts 6 weeks even though I compose a photo every 30 seconds. A 32 GB SD card also lasts at least 6 weeks. I am sure that if you shoot more often and at different resolutions, batteries and SD cards will drain faster. So don't use my experience as a guide unless you have the same settings.
