I have already returned 3 of these and have no plans to deal with another one.

I've tried 3 of these tools and none of them work for me. Every time I contact tech support they have different reasons and when they find out that I have shopped online they don't want to help me anymore and recommend that I contact Autel China for support. I have 3 cars and this tool is useless for all 3. He "can't communicate with any of them." 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2010 Toyota Prius and 2015 Nissan Altima. These are all very ordinary cars, so I don't have any unique exotics.
