The team is very knowledgeable of what they are doing! They have great communication skills to be able understand my needs when I am presenting them ideas or needing assistance getting something done that isn't necessarily part their expertise but who does it anyways? Great people all around!! There were times where there was some confusion about how things should go/be handled which lead me into thinking maybe i wasn’t hearing everything from everyone involved; however upon further talking (which could've been communicated better) realized no one had any hidden agendas- just trying help us get back up & running after being down because someone made an error not knowing he didn' t know anything so let him figure out if needed).
