First, the packaging is suspicious. An ordinary brown box with no words or clues as to what it is. No marketing? Well, the iron itself is also universal. No logo, no brand, nothing. That's good, but very strange. Heats up well, but not quickly. I decline because the rotation feature doesn't really work and that's why I ordered it. I have another model that spins and I really liked it (it stopped spinning after a year hence this purchase). If you hold down the L or R button to rotate, it can rotate 1/2 turn, or more likely less than 1/4 turn. Then press and hold again and the same. A couple of taps to go all the way unless you get a chance midway. Useless. My other model that you press and hold and it releases on release. I keep pressing the rotate button without checking how far it will rotate. Fail. I'm going to use my old no spin iron which curls better and I can spin my hand faster than this junk.
