I bought this chopper because I have poultry and wasted too much time chopping veggies for breakfast with a regular chef's knife. This little chopper is great, easy to use and clean, and provides just the right amount of feed for my birds. I wish tougher veggies (like carrots) were cut more evenly, with some big chunks and some small ones, but overall it helps. The blades are SUPER sharp so care should be taken when disassembling or cleaning the unit, but it comes with a small plastic guard to store the blade so it doesn't bend or cut when reassembling. The bonus whisk blades are awesome, you can make fluffy egg whites and perfect whipped cream in minutes.
