I'm traveling to South Georgia and the Falkland Islands and needed a new balaclava to keep my hat from falling off watching the Zodiacs. I can be very windy! Last year I bought another balaclava to go to Iceland. It was so uncomfortable that I took it off while driving. This fleece hood will definitely fit. This is a very, very comfortable and thicker material. I love that it adjusts at the back of the hood so it fits snugly without pulling everything around. The scarf is easy to put on and take off and easy to adjust. The hood itself is comfortable. I don't know if my glasses will fog up but I don't think so because I can remove the fleece if needed. It's also not too thick to wear under a parka hood. I am very happy with this purchase!
