Very poor instructions and packaging for installation. Definitely not worth the price!

Instructions and parts list are a joke. Of course, a normal, relatively intelligent person will understand them, but look at the pictures I've provided. The parts list in the owner's manual says nothing about the "eyelets" which were included but were also neatly tucked away in a corner of styrofoam inserts UNDER which the main parts were. So I have it. Mounted to an 11ft ceiling that required a ladder. Your hands free hook DOES NOT WORK - be aware that this quality is subpar compared to what you get from Hunter and his ilk. The hook, designed for mounting to the mounting plate, does not grab onto the full round holes, nor does it sufficiently grip the half-open mounting peg holes to ensure it does not fall off. In fact, he nearly fell twice during and after the connection, which is why I had to hold him with my chin and chest/shoulder when I finished that part of the build. Today I collect boxes for newly built things and I find a "seal". (singular in instructions, plural in actuality) and SEPARATE instructions for them with no hidden explanation as previously mentioned. So what does that mean? Will the blades fly off? What do "pads" do? Why is "gaskets" not mentioned in the main parts list? Are they necessary for something to happen or not happen? It's an absolute mystery and I've never had a single "lugged" fan (and let me tell you, I've installed many different fans). It's just poorly thought out product packaging and installation and they have to be rented. real technical writers to write their guides. You also need to add "gasket" to the parts list in the main owners manual and make the manual way better than it is. A "seal" in the same bag/package compartment as the REST of the parts would also be nice. NOT WORTH $250+! You have to pay a little more for a well-known brand that offers a much more professional and convenient installation and user experience. ?) is on the remote to stop it. Very annoying. This is NOT a good product. Stay away. I will add a video as soon as possible.
