Instructions and parts list are a joke. Of course, a normal, relatively intelligent person will understand them, but look at the pictures I've provided. The parts list in the owner's manual says nothing about the "eyelets" which were included but were also neatly tucked away in a corner of styrofoam inserts UNDER which the main parts were.
