I bought it because I forgot my docking station in my student apartment. about the break. It's less than I expected, but it's the opposite of the problem for me. Very small, light and easy to carry! Works well and the light letting you know if the system is connected properly is bright and clear and won't cause a rejection. You need to make sure the dock is secure as the pads on the bottom don't do much of the grip. . They are made of foam, not rubber. If you have kids or a pet that could trip over the cable or knock it over, I would advise placing this dock away from the edge as it will move with the HDMI cable attached to it. In general a good product.
