Review on Symplify Conversion by Marlin Atonyo

The best part about this software has been its ease of use for our team members who are not very tech savvy like me! I am able run reports in minutes without any training required from my side as well which makes it even more convenient!! It's also great that they provide free trial version so there was no risk involved at all while trying out their product before purchasing them.

Nothing major but would love if some features could be improved such filtering by page type (eCommerce/Direct Marketing) etc., better reporting options alongwith ability to add custom fields instead just limited choice given when creating report templates; Also i wish support tickets were linked directly within emails rather than having an extra step needed after clicking reply button - otherwise brilliant service provided thus far. !
