I don't have a temperature probe on my oven and was looking for something that would be easy to use when preparing standing rib roast. It was exactly what I was looking for. I would say these are top notch sensors and a top notch user experience. The interface is very easy to use and you can download the app and keep track of what's happening on your phone. The device contains up to 6 sensors that are color coded for easy tracking. I bought a block with 2 probes but one day I will order with 6. I don't know if it's possible to buy probes separately. I definitely recommend this device to anyone who enjoys using a probe in cooking.
