This is a complex clock. The instructions, although in English, are clumsy. When you try to set the clock, the displays flash so brightly that you may experience convulsions. We couldn't disable the alarm. It turns off at 7 a.m. every day, the days of the week are not set. It's a complete mess. I just bought another watch from Walmart. I want to get rid of this but my daughter threw away all the packaging. The clock is coming soon.
