Disappointment and disappointment

There is nothing intuitive or simple about this product. The hardware and software for this product is poorly designed. The only reason to buy this product is if you want a product that only you can use; This can give you job security, but your job will be to handle phone calls. Most importantly, our customers didn't like the leave a message process. The most basic operations, like receiving and retrieving messages, are complex to set up and execute. I couldn't figure out how to set up the device to receive a message without calling AT&T support. I wanted the device to answer calls and receive messages when no one was in the office. Instead, the reply message played three times or the caller had to select an extension for the device to receive the message. If the line you set up to receive messages is busy, you need a second number, 964, to receive a message. on the second line. This means you need to check more than one phone for incoming messages. And when I wanted someone else to receive messages, it took me half an hour to train them because the service was very confusing. The phone has too many buttons. Even after several weeks of using the phone, I couldn't easily find the redial button. The directory contains many entries, but they are not easy to set up or retrieve. The problems continued. Instead of spending more time enjoying the features on these phones, I installed them where they're only occasionally used -- and threw away a large chunk of the purchase price of these phones.
