📞 AT&T 964 Corded Expandable 4-Line Intercom Speakerphone: Graphite with Digital Answering System Review

This phone model has been in my office practice for a long time and we know how this phone is supposed to work and how not. I am currently interacting with tech support to find out what is wrong with the phone. It may need to be replaced or replaced with another model.

While the earlier models in the range (944 and 955) are reliable machines, this thing is a constant source of trouble. You're better off pairing an AT&T 955 with a $20-$40 digital answering machine. I've been doing this for many years. I then chose 964, a decision I regret. :-)

AT&T has spouted nasty nonsense for the leading phone company. People can't leave you messages while you're on the phone. The only reason to buy this product is if you want a product that only you can use; This can give you job security, but your job will be to handle phone calls.
