Review on πŸ“ž AT&T 964 Corded Expandable 4-Line Intercom Speakerphone: Graphite with Digital Answering System by Paula Baker

Revainrating 1 out of 5

This phone sucks. Mine just died after 2 years

I think this phone was designed by people who either have never used a phone or hate those who use one. The circuit board inside the phone began to fail almost immediately near the headphone jack. There is a delay between the moment you pick up the phone and the moment the first tone is produced. This doesn't work well with other phones: when I get a call and tell someone else in the other room to pick up the phone, the ATT phone seems to make some kind of tone (probably used by other AT&T for their intercom). phones) to keep in touch. Prevent people on other phones from using the line. Ouch. and caller id stopped working. The entire user interface is poorly designed. All the buttons on the left side of the phone's face just don't work anymore, so I have to buy another one. Of course, I would never buy an AT&T phone again - the problem is that there aren't many 3-line or 4-line phones with caller ID. But the next one won't be ATT.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Great price
