Luminous Safety Collar

I ordered the pink one in a small size for my friend King Charles, he weighs about 12 pounds and it was the perfect size. I didn't even have to adjust it, but it can grow when I need it. The flashing light is nice and bright. It's getting dark so early now that at 5 p.m. you can hardly see outside, my dog goes out into the yard by himself and our yard isn't fenced in, so I like it to be on the safe side that my neighbors and I can see them.
