Super cute - would order 1 size up
I'm 5'11", size 8 top, 10 bottom, and ordered a Large. I will definitely need to adjust the straps some to make them longer, but this is still super cute and even being tall, it covers all my butt.In the picture, my leg is pushed forward to show the drawstring. I tried on this bathing suit super bloated, and it's still cute.
