I bought this to help my 93 year old mother when she gets out of the shower. It was attached to a clean, dry wall. After the first 2 days I noticed it spread a bit so I reapplied it. It feels very secure when attached. However, for some unknown reason, it just detached from the wall around 10pm one night. Both tabs attaching it to the wall were in the open position when it was on the floor. 5 hours ago it appeared to be securely fastened. Now I'm nervous about continuing to use it, but I'll see if it stays on the wall. To update. After 5 days I found it on the bathroom floor and it hadn't even been used. I'm sending it back as I wouldn't trust it to do anything but fail. I would give zero stars.
