The simplicity of the dashboard and access to all devices/applications is great for monitoring application availability. There are some features that could be better such as alerts when servers go offline or applications crash. This helps us monitor our entire infrastructure in order to keep it up and running properly. We can see how much resources we have available at any given time so there's no need for guesswork with regards to server capacity. The ability to see all of our infrastructure from one place is amazing! It's so easy for me now that I don't have to look at multiple tools or pull data together in excel files. Some reports are very detailed yet not as useful if you aren't looking specifically at them (like some network graphs). We can easily monitor network traffic with this tool which gives us better insight when we need it most - right before an issue occurs.
