The rear view mirror kit I received uses the same 5 pin cable. It wasn't long enough, they wanted me to move the switch further into the car and use a 4 pin cable from it to the tailgate. It was easier to connect the switch to the reversing light directly in the tailgate and not use the 4 pin extension which meant the 5 pin cable they gave me would not be long enough. It was perfect for my wiring situation, it only took me 6 feet and it just arrived. Thanks very much!
