Works well where PIR doesn't work.
I bought this to replace a very expensive PIR device but the nearby air conditioner vent was often causing false alarms. This device solved that problem. The only "problem" I had with this unit is that the unit is designed for a 3 inch box while my setup is a 4 inch box. This was a simple fix, first attaching it to the 4" round cap and then assembling the cap sensor assembly.
