I bought batteries for my Streamlight NF flashlight which uses LED light. A minute later the flashlight stopped working and despite changing the battery several times it seemed dead. Those same batteries instantly blew out the bulb in the Smith and Wesson flashlight I had, so I chalked it up to slightly higher voltage batteries that blew my flashlights. (NF). What he didn't say is that it's not suitable for the LED version. I wrongly assumed that Streamlight would have rebranded their product to reflect such a significant difference, but they didn't. Due to a combination of ALMOST my stupidity and partly due to a lack of warnings in the product description, I now have a flashlight bulb that I don't have. But at least so cheap that a return including postage does not pay off. I hope my lesson learned (aka "stupidity") saves someone else a few bucks. BTW, after trying a different set of batteries, my Streamlight NF (LED) worked again so the "bulb" never burned out. Yes, it is clear that I am an idiot who can click "Order" and print!
