The best thing about catalina health care was its ability for us as medical professionals, we were able to have live chats with our clients which made it easier than ever before in terms of maintaining long term relationships between clientele/patients! It could be improved by having better integrations across other platforms such as email or texting so they can share information more freely without having to type everything out via chat again.
