Review on 💧 Enhance Your Water Quality with Refresh Replacement ZeroWater Pitcher Filters by Fred Griffin

(I have tried contacting the company through Revain with no response.) I have just installed a new R-Zero filter. The zeros I usually use say replace when the tester reads 006. It doesn't say "Update" though. If I switch to 6, 8 or even 10, I'm not a water drinker. At the first water intake, the tester read 30. I thought maybe the glass was dirty so I washed and dried it and ran that water through the filter again. Checked again and it's still at level 11 after running the water twice. So either the filter is defective or there should be replacement instructions.
