Beautiful with dimmer cord

This one string of 10 lights looks beautiful on the balcony! I connected it to this dimmer cord ( Lutron Credenza Plug-In Dimmer FOR Halogen and Incandescent Bulbs, with Locator Light, TT-300NLH-BL, Black ) to be able to dim them continuously.I chose to support the string of lights by running an additional metal cable through the built-in holes on each light. This way there's less tension on the light string itself, but it might also work without it for short distances.It was a small project to get everything to look how I wanted, but it could be faster to set up if you don't want to spend that much time.

Pros

WEATHERPROOF string light set is safe to use where water may be present. Hang indoors or outdoors, over your home fireplace mantle, outside above the porch or patio for a unique ambiance. String multiple strands together for added length

Cons

The bulbs may not emit enough light to be used for safety purposes, such as illuminating the path or stairs

These light bulbs are amazing and add so much ambiance. They appear to be high quality - the wiring is very thick and the socket for the bulb is very sturdy. Since it is off season, I have only used minimally but I plan to hang from my patio to add outdoor lighting with flair. These seem to be of a higher quality than the bulbs sold at my local Costco.
