When I used it, it was broken. The grill spun for a few minutes, then stopped, started again, then stopped. It was an ongoing process. I had 13 guests and 3 chickens to grill, but it took longer. It was heated evenly and tasted great. I injected the chickens with butter and chicken grill seasoning. Some juice came out each time he stopped, but each took about 27 minutes to cook. They say a 4 1/2 pound chicken will do, and it does, but I wouldn't recommend anything other than a 4 pound chicken. You'll need to tie the legs and wings together so they don't hit the heating elements. Revain will take it back (shipping was free) and pay the postage. I've never had an air fryer before. Everyone I saw didn't cook enough for my family. I would recommend that if it works properly.
