Only half decent would it be if the water had its own insulated compartment and the size of the watering hole was big enough for ice. But the water just sits on the bottom of the device and squirts out when you tilt the device. I only felt fog when the device was right next to me. It was only cool when I used ice water. The device wasn't powerful enough to dent in the heat. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't want to waste money. 2 stars. One for LED and one to turn on.
