My first review of the Triple Mount-It MI-1753 monitor mount was that it looked like I was ordering a hamburger from McDonald's Dollar menu. Disappointing. This still applies to MI-1753. Reason for 5 stars is excellent customer service and solution. Mount - his customer service provided by Stephanie fixed the issue very quickly. First we tried tightening the hinges to keep the monitor from sagging on the right side. It didn't work so they gave me my money back which was great but I still had an uneven monitor setup. I asked her for a solution and she recommended a stronger monitor mount with vertically adjustable arms, product MI-2753. She admitted that my priority was to install a level monitor and price came second. They provided prompt customer service and solutions. Three 27-inch frameless monitors ASUS Full HD IPS Adaptive-Sync with a frequency of 75 Hz in black color are installed on the stand.
