This is an adorable dress! We bought a moon and back outfit for our daughter and her materials are always so soft, this dress is spot on! It's very cute with thin tulle material over the skirt and star pattern in different colors. I expected the tulle to be stiff or itchy, but it was surprisingly soft. Our 18 month old daughter loves turning them up and down while walking.
