First of all, the description of the marker (until September 9th 2019) says that this power cable has a Mini USB Type A connector, actually it has a Mini USB Type B connector. See Wikipedia for "USB hardware" for differences (can't paste link here). I purchased this cable (EDO Tech 5v 2a Mini USB Charger Vehicle Adapter Power Cord): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00Y9689BI /ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 to replace the power cord that came with my Black Box G1W-CB DVR model with black edge condenser: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00P8F3LD0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (Only difference between G1W-C and G1W - CB is in the trim option). This new power cord works great with my G1W-C DVR. This is actually a better design (stronger) than the original power cord which failed when the spring in the handpiece connector failed. Please note that the power cord is for power supply only. It does not control camera functions. This replacement power cord is rated at 5V DC and approximately 2A. The original power cable was designed for 5 V and approx. 1.5 A. Camera and cable work great.
