Review on BMCASE Case Management by Tres Carmon

I like how easy it is to use this software for our billing department as well has my personal accounts! My favorite part about using case manager in-house was when we had an issue with one of their employees not being available at work they were able fix right away without having me call them out or anything else just by going into there account online!! The only thing i dislike would be if you have multiple clients/subaccounts all under 1 main sub but couldnt put each individual client's info together then its hard to find what your looking up again because everything goes back so far. But overall great program though sometimes can get confusing especially between different types within same type (client vs patient). If nothing comes across please try other programs first before purchasing such things from others bc some are way better than expected while most dont do much good unless u r already familiar w certain products used which will help alot since bmcase does.
