Strong knife, good workmanship

It cuts, dices, grinds and breaks bones. It goes with everything and doesn't have the rusty look of a traditional Chinese knife. It takes a while to get used to as it's taller and heavier than a regular chef's knife, but now I know why it's a common knife only in China. Easily add chopped food to pot and utensils in one fell swoop. The stylus is pretty basic and causes cramps in your hands, but it goes away as soon as you keep using it.
