Please note that when installing onto the steering gear shaft it will not seat quite like the factory lever, this is normal, do not panic and try to tighten further, you're going to break something, bubba. Mine sits about half an inch from the original position, just make sure it's snug. I actually lubricated the PS870 B1/2 onto the nut after tightening to seal and prevent loosening. Production began to taper elsewhere on the arm.
