Something seemed odd when the hose arrived. The product packaging was torn and the ends were taped in turns. Unfortunately, upon attempting to engage the quick coupler it was clear that the coupler was not working and upon further inspection it became clear that the glue or coating was covering the entire hub making it impossible to slip back. The product broke right out of the box and based on the reviews here it looks like I'm not the only one. I'm wondering if the same item is returned and sent to the next person and the next person to see if someone just accepts it or can't return it for some reason.
