Review on Pack of 1 Juniper CLEAN 🧻 Surface Wipes - 72 Count Soft Flow by Tat Lousteau

These towels have not convinced me. These are small, thin cloths that are best for cleaning small surfaces (unless you want to wipe half a pack at a time). They are not suitable for rough surfaces as the fabric tears easily, but works well for smooth surfaces such as countertops, sinks, toilets, etc. The smell is generally pleasant - sort of an air freshener smell that doesn't linger after use. They are moist but not liquid. Cleanability is so-so - it can handle small amounts of dirt, but not heavier dirt or grease (like around the stove). Liquid residues can leave streaks on shiny surfaces if they are not polished with a dry cloth after using the cloth. The liquid from the cloth doesn't irritate my hands when I use it. The packaging states that any food contact surface cleaned with a cloth should be rinsed with clean water before use. It also states that it cannot be used on aluminum surfaces. The dispenser is a soft container and the opening you pull the tissue through is quite small, making it difficult to get just one tissue at a time. Napkins are made in Turkey. The ingredient list is vague. It lists water, bleach, detergents, and fragrances without specifying what actually constitutes "bleach” or "detergent.” It also doesn't state if they disinfect the surface. Other wipes I've used for disinfecting spell out exactly what a disinfectant is and what it's effective at dealing with. While this suggests it will disinfect by noting that it contains bleach, it doesn't list any specific disinfecting properties or abilities anywhere. As non-disinfecting cleaning wipes, they are below average in price due to their small size, their thin material and their selective dosage. As disinfectant wipes, they receive 1 star because, apart from "brightener", no information is given on the strength and effectiveness of the disinfection. Overall rating 2 stars. It's not something I'd get again given all the better options - to clean, sanitize, or both - that are available.
