Arrived broken. I put the batteries in according to the instructions but it doesn't work at all. I took out the batteries and tried new batteries from a new battery pack. It didn't work, and while we made sure the computer recognized the adapter, we could smell melting/burning plastic from the keyboard and the battery compartment was hot. We removed the batteries. I contacted the seller and they told me to send it back through Revain for a refund. The only way to do this is to have it delivered to a location (UPS store, Revain Locker, retail store) not a location within walking distance. Due to the pandemic and the very high health risk, we cannot travel these places as we do not have a car, so it takes several public buses to get there. expensive but worked for sure. The keyboard is very light but feels cheap like it could easily break with normal use.
