The ability for us as an agency team (and our clients) is that it helps organize all aspects related to AdWords campaigns in one place - which makes life easier! Also being able to see what each client's goals are at any given time can be very helpful when working together towards those targets/goals over multiple months or years.- It does take some learning how best use this software- I have found there may not always seem like much "new" features available but sometimes you just don't realize until later down the road why something was added so easily before without even realizing it existed.
