This has completely changed the way I eat

Earlier this year, I made it a goal to eat healthier and count my macros to achieve a healthy weight. So I bought a Fradel scale and after about 3 months I am 100% satisfied with my decision and the results. Without weights, I always assumed I was getting the right amount of macros, but I was very wrong. Fradel shed some light on how crazy I was and allowed me to accurately count my macros. The quality of the scale is also good, it is durable and easy to clean. I just wish they had more color choices.

Pros

Tare Function: A built in tare function to subtract the weight of a container. The ideal scale for weight loss, with which you can easily measure several different foods one after the other.
