My boyfriend has several strapless bras and nipple covers from this company so I was hooked after reading about sweat hat liners. They are easy to attach. Peel off the backing and line it up on the inside of the cap depending on how much you want it to cover the inner band. Put it on slightly and check the alignment. When it's perfect, use your thumbs to press firmly and flatten. Everything is ready and you no longer have to worry about your hats getting dirty π€πΌ
