A while back I found that I sleep better with my head tilted up instead of horizontally to the bed and used the triangular wedge pillow under two regular pillows to create a comfortable sleeping position to reach . My old triangular pillow was just worn out and needed replacing. The new wedge I bought also includes a bead which I haven't found a use for yet but I'm sure I will. The new wedge is strong, fairly durable, attractive in color, well made (better than my old one) and perfect for what I need from night one. It came quickly, it was vacuum packed, I had to unfold it and give it time to swell. Don't judge when you unpack for the first time. It was a good purchase and I am very satisfied.
