It took a while to get working and no instructions on how to change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit

At first I thought it was broken and wanted to return it but when I checked after an hour I saw the temp in Centigrade. but since there is no reference I have no idea how or if I can even switch it to Fahrenheit
