Review on BRISHINE BA9S LED Bulbs: Ultra-Bright Red - Perfect for Car Interior Dome, Map, Door & License Plate Lights (Pack of 2) by David Golden

I don't normally like to write reviews, but that needed a lot of positive reviews. I have several Toyota cars and trucks. I couldn't find quality BA9 bulbs to replace the interior lighting. After a long search I decided on this brand. It's pretty easy if you remove the transparent cover from the map lights. Just note that these LEDs, like most others, are polarity sensitive. The bottom of these lights (the base) is positive and the two-pointed sides are negative. Just replaced two yellow dim map lights on my 99ft 4Runner. Now onto my '06" Toyota Matrix. One day I removed the clear cover and installed these headlights. No, none of the lights worked. Finally, remove the entire sunroof and map light box and switch the two wires going to the map lights and voila. The light works and is very bright. Again, I cannot stress enough that these BA9 replacement LED bulbs are polarity sensitive. So before you fit these headlights to your car, you should probably check the polarity of the socket Check your vehicle before deciding that these bulbs are bad.
