Just received. Have 2 modes - on and off and as described! Plugged into my wireless gateway (USB) and placed directly on top with airflow away from the device, I can feel the difference! The gateway stays much cooler! The other previously plugged it into the USB port of Smart TV and only paid for the vent. Fan size, let's say you take a poker card and roughly cut it in half. Small but it will help your small electronic devices run slower and most likely last longer! Will update if necessary
