I am very happy with this purchase. I've been looking for fitness bands that won't break the bank and are comfortable for a long time. After a long search I found them, read some reviews and decided to order them. I ordered them on Monday and they arrived on Friday. The colors are great and look just like the picture and the color scheme is perfect for different outfits and occasions. I received all 12 groups. It practically doesn't smell like plastic. Doesn't irritate my skin and I have sensitive skin. I bought a small and in the original fitness band I wore it at the 4th mark from the top and on this one I wear it at the 6th mark with 5 more marks left. The double straps that help hold the strap in place are phenomenal. It would often shift on the original Fitbit strap, but on this strap it feels very secure and hasn't moved. The strap is a bit thinner than the original but I really like that feature. It comes with care instructions for washing and proper handling of your fitness band, which I don't even remember getting with the original fitness bit. My original Fitbit strap broke after almost 2 years of use because the top clasp fell off the Fitbit with the slightest tug or tug. This appears to be firmly attached to the Fitbit, and from testing it only comes loose when you press the latch on the bottom to release it, as it should. very happy and very excited about it! would definitely order again.
