There is no ON or OFF switch.
I still give 5 stars even though it doesn't turn off. This is not an expensive toy but I thought it was very cute and my kid liked it so it's worth it. She tried to catch and even stop the water. People write reviews about rusting batteries, water on the floor, etc. The simple fix is, when the batteries die, take them out and either dry them where they are or let them air dry. Don't let the water stand still. I haven't had a problem yet. worth $15
