I really wanted to like this more than I did. I like the layout of this product. The display is nice and bright. It comes with a really long cord, so you have lots of options to mount it and hide the wires. There is a small suction cup mount that can be mounted out of the way and it is pretty light overall which should make mounting a breeze. It sets up pretty fast and starts reading pretty quickly after powering on.It’s also got a nice auto dimming feature, so you are not blinded after dark. There are lots of settings. The manual is pretty hard to read both in font size and understandability - but after using it a bit - it works. Also be aware that once the unit looses power, it resets - so if you want to track the entire length of the trip time/miles - make sure you plug into a power source that is always on.This product does have issues with accuracy. The easy one to spot is the accuracy of the speedometer - mine is about 2-3 mph off - mine reads higher. I have a speedometer app on my phone that has been calibrated against a Garmin GPS nav and it reads accurate. I was a little disappointed that this was off. It is adjustable - Setting the speed to 101 appears to get it close enough. The next is the altimeter - it reads about 20 feet low. It appears to cap at 9999 ft, at least by the 4 digits so that probably implies it will read up to 9999 ft. If you live in Colorado, this will be a limiting factor where it’s not hard to find roads in excess of 12K feet. Unlike the speedometer, there does not seem to be a way to adjust this.It also indicates it reads longitude and latitude - given some of the accuracy issues, I opted not to check that.Overall - it is usable - direction, duration, miles travelled all appear to work fine, The speedometer is at least consistent if not 100% accurate out of the box.The package is kinda nice, but the accuracy issues cost it at least a star - probably should be 2 star penalty.
